Shipping
Since this is a pre-order, the books are still in manufacturing. We're aiming to start shipping pre-orders in early December.
Our warehouse is located in Dallas, Texas and shipping times depend on where you live! Once it leaves the warehouse, 3–7 days is the usual timeline.
We currently only ship to the United States, Canada, and US territories.
Absolutely - as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. Just reach out to us at support@stealthhealthcookbook.com and we’ll jump on it. Once your book is with UPS or another carrier, we can’t re-route it, but we’ll still help however we can.

Ah, the dreaded “phantom delivery” - First, check your mailbox, porch, building office, or ask a neighbor just in case. Sometimes carriers scan early or tuck things in places we don’t expect. If it still doesn’t show up within 24 hours, reach out to us at support@stealthhealthcookbook.com and we’ll help sort it out.

Unfortunately no. We are incredibly grateful for everyone who supported the original e-books, those early purchases helped make these printed editions possible. We want to ensure cost for these physical cookbooks stay reasonable for all, and by offering a discount to some would require us to charge a higher price to others. Absolutely. In fact, that is one of the main reasons we wanted to create physical versions of these books, to make it easier to gift recipes and introduce more folks to the Stealth Health approach to cooking and meal prep.
Every recipe was re-written to make the instructions crystal clear. Metric and customary measurements are now included in the Meal Prep and Original cookbooks. Not to mention we’ve upgraded old recipes in the Original and Meal Prep cookbooks, plus added 6 new recipes to the Slow Cooker Cookbook!
Every recipe will include Calories, Protein, Carbs, and Fats. You’ll find the full macro breakdown for every recipe, written in a practical, real-world way (no judgment, no pressure — just information to help make the recipe).
That’s the plan. We’ve tried to order plenty of initial inventories and will watch pre-orders like a hawk to replenish our stocks before they run out, but there are any number of complications that can occur in the printing process. We every intention of keeping all three of these books available for the foreseeable future.
