Shipping policy

This policy covers where Stealth Health Life ships physical orders within the United States, how long they take, and what to do if something needs to change or goes wrong in transit. For returns and refunds after delivery, see our Refund Policy.
Where we ship
We ship print books from our warehouse in Garland, Texas to any United States address USPS classifies as domestic. That includes all 50 states, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), and APO/FPO/DPO addresses for service members and diplomatic staff stationed overseas. The eBook is also available worldwide and downloads instantly after checkout.
We currently do not ship internationally to any country outside of the United States - if you're outside of the US or USPS shipping range, check out our eBooks products - These are available immediately after purchasing, and designed to be used on any phone, tablet, or computer!
Transit time
Most orders arrive 1 to 5 days after you order if you're in the continental United States, and 3 to 6 days if you're in a territory, Hawaii, or Alaska. APO/FPO/DPO orders can take 30 to 45 business days to arrive due to the overseas transit, even though they ship at domestic mail rates (we use the same shipping charge as Alaska and Hawaii for these addresses).
Please double-check APO/FPO/DPO addresses carefully before you order. These addresses follow a specific format, and if an address issue creates extra shipping work after your order has already shipped, additional shipping fees may apply.
Order changes
We ship fast, which is great for getting your books to you quickly, but this means there's a short window to make changes once an order is placed. Orders placed before 4pm (eastern time) typically ship the same day.
If you need to update something, including an address change, email us at support@stealthhealthcookbook.com as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to catch your order before it ships, though we can't guarantee a change once fulfillment is underway.
Lost or stolen packages
If your package shows as delivered but didn't arrive, or never showed up at all, send a brief description (and pictures if you have any, like a photo of where it should have landed) to support@stealthhealthcookbook.com. We'll figure out a refund or replacement and get you sorted. For books that arrived damaged in transit or were the wrong item, see our Refund Policy.
