Delivery details
Where we ship. All 50 US states, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), and APO/FPO/DPO addresses for service members and diplomatic staff overseas. We don't ship print books outside the US right now. If you're outside these areas, our eBooks download instantly worldwide.
Processing time. Orders placed before 3pm CT, Monday through Friday, ship same day. Orders placed later or on weekends ship the next business day.
Continental US. Free shipping to any address in the continental US.
Other US shipping. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, we add a flat $12 for shipping at checkout.
Tracking. A tracking number arrives by email the moment your package leaves the warehouse.
Damaged or lost packages. Email a photo to support@stealthhealthcookbook.com and we'll sort it out with you. We handle these case by case.

We ship quickly (orders placed before 3pm CT often go out the same day), so reach out as soon as possible. Frequently Asked Questions
How soon will I receive my order?
We ship from our Dallas, TX warehouse, and pack most orders same day if you order before 3pm, Monday-Friday. You'll get multiple tracking emails when your package is labeled, leaves the warehouse, and is out for delivery!
Most orders in the continental U.S. arrive within 1-5 days. Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories take 3-7 days. (APO/FPO/DPO military addresses can take 30-45 days due to overseas transit.)
What comes in my order?
You'll receive the exact physical hardcover cookbooks that you ordered, shipped to your door. If you order more than 3 books, we often send multiple packages, so keep an eye out!
Each Stealth Health cookbook includes:
- Recipes with photos, macros, metric and customary ingredient amounts, and clear instructions
- Tom's author's note for the print editions
- Sections and guides based in Stealth Health's approach to food (see product information for details)
How do I fix my order if I put the wrong address or ordered the wrong product?

What's the difference between the print and digital editions?
The print books are designed to hold up to kitchen chaos, and are bound, hardcover books designed to lay flat, with pages in the back to scratch notes on!
The eBooks are entirely digital and have no wait time - they all have a clickable table of contents, so you can seamlessly navigate between recipes. eBooks are designed to be used on your favorite devices, and downloaded so they can be used anywhere at any time. Your order link also updates the eBooks automatically, so any book updates are free!
Many home cooks grab both, and our best value comes from buying them together!
What if my book arrives damaged or gets lost?
Send a note to support@stealthhealthcookbook.com, with a photo if your book arrived damaged, and we'll make it right. We handle these case by case.
How do returns and refunds work?
For returns: We accept unopened print returns in their original sleeve, up to one month after purchase. Once a book's been opened or rewrapped we cannot resell it.
For refunds: We handle these case by case.
