- These are digital PDFs, so there's no wait. Right after checkout you'll get an order confirmation email; click "Download My Cookbook(s)" to get your files.
- Save them somewhere easy to reach (we recommend the Books app, or a folder you use often). They work across all your devices - phone, tablet, computer. For help, see our step-by-step download instructions.
- Download trouble? Search "Stealth Health Life" in your inbox for the confirmation email, or email support@stealthhealthcookbook.com and we'll make sure you're taken care of.
For your print books
- Where we ship. All 50 US states, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We don't ship print books outside the US right now. (Your eBooks download worldwide.)
- Processing time. Orders placed before 3pm CT, Monday through Friday, ship same day. Orders placed later or on weekends ship the next business day.
- Continental US. Free shipping to any address in the continental US.
- Other US shipping. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, we add a flat $12 for shipping at checkout.
- Tracking. A tracking number arrives by email the moment your package leaves the warehouse.
- Damaged or lost packages. Email a photo to support@stealthhealthcookbook.com and we'll sort it out with you. We handle these case by case.
- Need to change an address or cancel? Best way: our chat interface in the bottom right-hand corner. We ship quickly (orders before 3pm CT often go out same day), so reach out as soon as possible. We'll always try to catch it before it ships, but can't guarantee a change once fulfillment is underway.

Frequently Asked Questions
How soon will I receive my order?
eBooks: Virtually right away. Your eBooks are a digital download - there's no shipping and no waiting. Right after checkout, you'll get an order confirmation email with a "Download My Cookbook(s)" button to access your files. We recommend saving them to the Books app, or a folder you access regularly on any of your devices. Need a hand? Follow our step-by-step download instructions.
Print books: We ship from our Dallas, TX warehouse, and pack most orders same day if you order before 3pm, Monday-Friday. You'll get multiple tracking emails when your package is labeled, leaves the warehouse, and is out for delivery! Most orders in the continental U.S. arrive within 1-5 days. Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories take 3-7 days. (APO/FPO/DPO military addresses can take 30-45 days due to overseas transit.)
What comes in my order?
Print books: You'll receive the exact physical hardcover cookbooks that you ordered, shipped to your door. If you order more than 3 books, we often send multiple packages, so keep an eye out!
Each Stealth Health cookbook includes:
- Recipes with photos, macros, metric and customary ingredient amounts, and clear instructions
- Tom's author's note for the print editions
- Sections and guides based in Stealth Health's approach to food (see product information for details)
eBooks: Your eBooks are the digital half of this order. In your order confirmation email, tap the "Download My Cookbook(s)" button to access them. eBooks have a linked Table of Contents, so you can tap any recipe to jump straight to it.
How do returns and refunds work?
For returns: We accept unopened print returns in their original sleeve, up to one month after purchase. Once a book's been opened or rewrapped we cannot resell it.
For refunds: We handle these case by case.

How do I access the eBook part of my order?
Via download link - Right after checkout, you'll get an order confirmation email - click the "Download My Cookbook(s)" button to go to your order files.
If you're having trouble finding it, search "Stealth Health Life" in your inbox to find the confirmation email, and look for the subject line "Order #... confirmation".
If you're still having issues, email support@stealthhealthcookbook.com and we'll make sure you're taken care of.
Is there a download limit for the eBooks?
Yes, 30 downloads per order is the default - to avoid this, save your files on the first download to your Books app or a folder you use often rather than re-opening the link each time you use the eBooks. If you're having trouble, check out our step-by-step download instructions. If you hit the download limit, we're available to help out via email: support@stealthhealthcookbook.com.
What's the difference between the print and digital editions?

The print books are designed to hold up to kitchen chaos - they are bound, hardcover books designed to lay flat, with pages in the back to scratch notes on.
The eBooks are entirely digital and have no wait time once ordered. They have a clickable table of contents so you can easily navigate between recipes, and they're designed to be downloaded on phones, tablets, computers, or Kindles so they can be used anywhere at any time. Your order link also updates with the eBooks, so anytime we update a cookbook, you can access it right away!
What if my book arrives damaged or gets lost?
Send a note to support@stealthhealthcookbook.com, with a photo if your book arrived damaged, and we'll make it right. We handle these case by case.
How do I fix my order if I put the wrong address or ordered the wrong product?
